Ingredients:
- Baladna Freekeh
- Purslane
- Green onion
- Pomegranate
- Garlic
- Baladna pomegranate syrup
- Baladna olive oil
Preparation:
- Soak the Freekeh-grains in hot water for 15 min and then wash it with cold water
- Roast Freekeh-grains and cook it in water
- Add purslane, green onion, pomegranate, garlic, pomegranate syrup and olive oil
- Enjoy your meal
