Baladna Safawi Dates Stuffed with Rose Cream

Ingredients:

  • Baladna Safawi dates (pitted)

  • 4 cups chocolate (white or your choice)

  • ½ liter milk

  • Edible flowers (optional)


Preparation:

  1. Open the Baladna Safawi dates and remove the pits.

  2. In a saucepan, heat the chocolate with milk and edible flowers until fully melted and combined.

  3. Let the mixture cool until it thickens into a creamy rose ganache.

  4. Fill each date with the rose cream.

  5. Dip the dates into white chocolate.

  6. Garnish as desired and serve chilled or at room temperature.
