
Baladna Safawi Dates Stuffed with Rose Cream
Ingredients:
Baladna Safawi dates (pitted)
4 cups chocolate (white or your choice)
½ liter milk
Edible flowers (optional)
Preparation:
Open the Baladna Safawi dates and remove the pits.
In a saucepan, heat the chocolate with milk and edible flowers until fully melted and combined.
Let the mixture cool until it thickens into a creamy rose ganache.
Fill each date with the rose cream.
Dip the dates into white chocolate.
Garnish as desired and serve chilled or at room temperature.
