Baladna Sukkary Rutab Dates (pitted)

Crushed lotus biscuits

For the sauce:

1 cup lotus cream

½ cup tahini

½ cup sweetened condensed milk

1 cup milk
Preparation

Crush the lotus biscuits and mix with tahini and condensed milk to form a thick filling.

Remove the pits from the dates and stuff them with the prepared mixture.

Arrange the stuffed dates into a pyramid shape.

Prepare the sauce by blending the lotus cream, tahini, condensed milk, and milk until smooth and creamy.
