Ingredients:

  • Baladna Khodari Dates – sweet, soft, and aromatic.

  • Toasted kunafa – for a crunchy bite.

  • Melted chocolate – for full coverage.

Preparation:

  1. Line Khodari dates side by side in a serving dish. Cover with baking paper and gently press to form a smooth, firm layer.

  2. Spread a layer of toasted kunafa evenly over the dates.

  3. Add a generous layer of pistachio cream.

  4. Pour melted chocolate over the top to coat everything.

  5. Decorate with colorful toppings to delight the little ones.


Serving suggestion:
Serve chilled or at room temperature with a cup of Arabic coffee to balance the sweetness.
