
Date Samosa with Baladna Khodari Dates

For the dough:

Preparation:
3 cups flour
1 cup warm water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar

Cream cheese
Oil for frying

Mix flour, warm water, oil, sugar, and salt until a smooth dough forms.

Pit the dates and fill each one with cream cheese.

Roll out the dough and cut into small portions to wrap around the stuffed dates.

Fry the samosas in hot oil until golden and crisp.
