
Pistachio Bites with Baladna Khodari Dates

1 cup shredded kataifi pastry (kunafa)

1 cup Baladna Khodari dates (or any premium Baladna variety)

1 cup pistachios

1 small cup orange blossom water

Preparation:
2 tablespoons ghee or clarified butter
1 cup shredded kataifi pastry (kunafa)
1 cup Baladna Khodari dates (or any premium Baladna variety)
1 cup pistachios
1 small cup orange blossom water
Cream for filling

Heat the ghee in a pan and toast the kataifi until golden and fragrant.

Grind the toasted kataifi to a fine texture.

Add the dates, pistachios, and orange blossom water, and mix until a smooth dough forms.

Shape the mixture as desired and fill each piece with cream.
